The displayed pricings for Lineart celshading and Lineart Rendering categories are for full-body commissions. For Halfbody or Portrait artworks, they may be priced lower based on what's agreed with the artist.

Final agreed price of the artwork may vary depending on the complexity of the commission as per the artist's discretion. All prices displayed are in USD.

All commission details requested by the artist must be provided by the client.

This includes, but not limited to design references, expected deadlines, and any other information necessary for the commission's success.

Accepted currency is USD or AUD.

The client must pay the full pricing strictly upfront via Arty invoice upon requesting a commission from the artist.

The client must pay only after the artist has agreed to commission payment.

Clients on the waitlist are to pay upon their turn in the queue.

Any monetary compensation made without the written consent of the artist will be treated as a tipping donation.

Expected deadlines will vary based on both commission complexity and personal circumstances. This cannot be changed once it's been finalized on the written Arty invoice.

The artist has the right to decline a client for any reason without needing to explain their reasons for doing so.

Any harassments, threats, or insults towards the artist are grounds for both declining a commission and the immediate contact of the appropriate local authorities.

Poor communication from a client is potential grounds for declining a commission.

Commissions will only be finished within the deadline agreed upon in the invoice prior to commissioning.

There will be no refunds upon sending payment.

The artist will provide WIPs some time after payment. This may take up to a week, but may vary depending on current personal circumstances.

The client is allowed to ask for updates throughout any stage of the commission.

Updates should be expected on a weekly basis should there be proper communication between client and artist. This may vary depending on personal circumstances and the speed the artist is able to work on the commission.

The client is only permitted to ask for a progress update once every twenty four hours.

If personal circumstances such as illness, loss of required technology, and other debilitating situations occur, the artist will inform any and all clients of said circumstances as soon as possible.

The client is absolutely not allowed to change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon.

Additional fees are to be decided prior to the commencement of the commission.

Should the client cut contact to the artist the commission process is considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

The client will receive the finished commission only through Arty, where they'll be given the opportunity to ask for revisions or finalize the commission and download the image.

Details regarding my revisions policies will be included in the invoice provided to the client.

Any modifications or alterations of the finished piece by the client are strictly prohibited.

The client is not allowed to omit my watermark from the finished piece.

Should a client wish for modifications to be done on a commissioned piece from the artist, they must consult only the original artist and not third parties.

The client must not repost the work on social media unless given permission otherwise. An exception to this is Toyhouse.

Redistributing the commission with proper credit via direct messaging apps is permitted.

The artist retains full rights to the drawn piece, and thus is free to share it on various platforms at their discretion.

The client reserves full rights to their characters and intellectual property.

The client is allowed to request for the commission to be completely private and without additional charges.

Reselling the piece by the client under any circumstances is strictly prohibited.

The artist is free to use non-private commission pieces to be published in art books created by the artist.
